Is INEC Ready for Elections?

Permanent Voters Card distribution was to start in Phase 3 states today but it seems INEC is dealing with some logistical challenges and providing limited information.In Lagos, reports indicate that INEC officials didn’t show up.

In Ogun, Plateau and Kano where they showed up, they didn’t have all the cards for their polling units.
