We began the year with a staff retreat that brought together key civic leaders to reflect on our work and the state of the nation. It also marked EiE’s 10th anniversary, born from the March 16, 2010 protest. What started as an election-focused movement evolved into educating citizens on their rights and responsibilities through the “Office of the Citizen.”
