Meet Nneka, Chiney, and Erica Ogwumike, 3 sisters who play basketball for different teams in the USA, but have decided to represent Nigeria in the Tokyo Olympics. Nneka and Chiney play for the Los Angeles Sparks, while Erica plays for the Minnesota Lynx.
Unfortunately, Nneka won’t be playing for Nigeria in Tokyo. Her appeal for change of nationality status to represent Nigeria at the Olympics was denied by the Court of Arbitration for Sports in the USA. We wish the D’Tigeress victory in their outing at the Tokyo Games.
