LightMata, an initiative of EiE Nigeria and Recovadebt was set up for the purpose of providing advice and assistance to electricity consumers towards resolving service delivery challenges the power distribution companies (DISCOs).
Our services include but are not limited to answering questions on electricity issues, giving you access to regulatory documents which outline the consumer’s rights to safe, efficient and regular power supply, and rendering assistance to resolve diverse service failure issues, including metering, connection, disconnection, billing, etc.
In the first Halt of 2020 (January -June) we received a total of 43 complaints:
