Three Nigerian-born scholars – Professor Ogechi Adeola, Dr. Ayodeji Amobonye, and Dr. Adebowale Adetayo – have been listed among the world’s top 2% of scientists in the 2025 Stanford–Elsevier Global Scientist Ranking.
Professor Adeola, Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Kigali, was recognised for her work in Business and Management.
Dr. Amobonye and Dr. Adetayo, based at Kaunas University of Technology and Babcock University respectively, were honoured for their outstanding research impact.
