We are all aware of the security situation, but we must not lose sight of actively creating the Anambra of our dreams. According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, CP Echeng Eworo Echeng said that 34,000 police personnel have been deployed for election security. According to Echeng: “What we are telling everybody in Anambra is to feel free at the sight of security men in their areas, because they are there to provide security and not to intimidate any lawful person.”
