The Lagos State Government owns the Lekki Tollgate and it must allow the Judicial Panel of Inquiry to finish its proceedings before reopening it. People need to know that it isn’t business as usual.
If the government cannot keep its promise to the end, then, it must allow people to express themselves lawfully.
